join Beryl Bender & friends in an exploration of the 8 commonalities of long lived people around the globe, as shared by the Yoga Lifestyle and the Blue Zones research. you will move, be outside, meditate, breathe and de-stress, eat plants, connect with community, and commit to hanging out with a “right tribe” that supports your healthy behavior. we hope you join us, especially if your life needs a reboot and a stronger commitment to lifestyle changes and self care.

what to expect: bring a blanket to sit on, & a yoga mat for some easy movement. there will be benches, tables, a tent, & shade. Chef Madison will feed us fresh plant-based snacks from the farm to fuel our time together. feel welcome to hang out at the farm for a bit after the program ends. in case of rain, we will take cover under trees & tents. if torrential, we will reschedule.
