our mini farm in the big city. a perfect night in brooklyn.
we started with a Jumo canned craft soju cocktail & bites in the backyard. Farmer Jamie taught us about soil with just the right amount of science. Emily & Peter Einhorn played sweet sweet music. inside we gathered around a long table for a multi-course family-style feast of Dancing Greens veg along with products from those we admire. we used organic linens naturally hand-dyed by artist Sophia Haas-Salmieri. dinner was paired with natural wines from Cellary and delicious spices from Burlap & Barrel. we enjoyed education and storytelling throughout the evening. and our resident photographer, 5-year-old Zev, really captured the magic of it all.
it was good chives only. the best chives. the best vibes.
